Azmusicscene.net is a website dedicated to all local Arizona bands and show-goers. The site is owned and run by a seventeen year old girl named Taylor whose contact information can be found at the bottom of any page of the site. I, Taylor, decided to start AZ Music Scene because I have always held a love for blogging and the Internet and when I recently discovered that I was also developing a deep love or Arizona’s local music, I jumped at the chance to combine the two.
Like I said, my love and involvement in the local scene here in Arizona is fairly new and recent. It all stared on Friday night when I was out with a friend. We had gone to a First Friday in Phoenix and it was our first time ever attending one. While we were there we happened to see the lovely band Lost In Atlantis play a free show in front of a record store. We met and talked to the band afterwards and became fast friends with the lead singer, Liz. After that we talked on Facebook and I even did a review video of the show we saw. Since then I have gone to 2 other local shows and met many other bands. I have many local shows planned to attend in the near future so that AZ Music Scene can continue to progress and grow.
